Description
This fitness workout includes the safe and effective execution of the techniques and movement patterns from boxing, kickboxing, and traditional martial arts training. Workout drills and routines are modified to be safe and effective for all participant fitness and skill levels. Exercises, drills, and workout routines include the use of focus pads, heavy bags, medicine balls, elastic resistance, body weight exercises and much more! Participants will experience improved cardiovascular function, muscular conditioning, flexibility/mobility, coordination, agility, reaction time, balance, and brain health! Participants will have FUN! Guaranteed to improve your golf game!
