This class is made to help free your beautiful self. We start class using a weighted hula hoop to strengthen the mid section,help with hip mobility.
We use Ankle weights, yoga balls, hand weights, Weighted Pole to build long/lean muscles.
Stretching movements to help strengthen the entire body, help with flexability and breathing to help clear the mind.
