Low impact training focused on core conditioning & full body toning using dumbbells, bands and medicine/yoga balls. We also incorporate glute work and flexibility.
We warm up with aprox 10 minutes of interval training and cool down with some stretching.
Most of this class is done on mats and is beneficial for any age or fitness level.
